Family Based Provincial Nominee Rules & Conditions
The family-based provincial nominee visa facility is not available in all the provinces of Canada. Also, the rules and conditions for applying for the visa are constantly changing and might vary from one province to another. Hence, the applicant must be well-aware of the eligibility criteria for the province in which they are applying for a visa.
Here are some popular family-based provincial nominee visas and their rules and conditions:
- Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) – Family Support Visa: For this visa, applicants must be of 21 years of age and less than 49 years of age. They must have completed post-secondary education or at least have a diploma. Two years of work experience is also required.
- Newfoundland & Labrador Provincial Nominee Program (NPNP) – Family Connection Visa: The applicant must be between the ages of 18 to 49 years. They must have completed post-secondary education or at least have a diploma with one year of work experience. Also, they require a permanent, full-time job offer from the local employer of the province.
- Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) – Family Members Visa: The applicant must be between the ages of 18 to 49 years. Along with eligible educational requirements, the applicant must have a permanent, full-time job offer from a local employer of the province.
