    Quebec Immigration Fee & Cost

    IRCC charges C$ 1,325 as the application processing fee and the right of Permanent Residence (PR) fee for one applicant. The application processing fee is C$ 825 per person (C$ 225 per dependent child). The right of PR fee is C$ 500 per person. PR fee is not charged for dependent children. You also have to pay a biometrics fee, which is C$ 85 for one person and a total of C$ 170 for two or more people.

    Quebec government also charges immigration application fees. It charges C$ 812 for the main applicant and C$174 per person for other co-applicants. This fee is non-refundable. It means that even if your application gets rejected, your money will not be refunded. 

    Third-party costs include money you spend on:

    • language tests, 
    • medical exams, 
    • Educational Credential Assessments (ECA) for those who have studied outside Quebec,
    • fees of the regulatory body related to your trade or profession (if applicable), 
    • police certificates, 
    • translations, 
    • photocopies, 
    • courier charges, etc.

    You also need that you have sufficient financial resources to cover the immigration costs to Quebec and settle down there. These costs include transportation costs to Quebec and living costs there. For one person with no spouse, the minimum settlement fund you should have is C$ 3,243.
