Nomination	The applicant must be nominated by an Australian employer
Age	Below 45 years
Health Requirements	Applicant must meet the health requirements set by the home affairs department
Character Requirements	Applicants and the family members with age 16 years or more must meet the health requirements set by the home affairs Australia
English Language Proficiency	Applicant must have at least Competent English Scores of IELTS, TOEFL iBT, PTE Academic, OET and Cambridge C1 Advanced test are acceptable. Current Visa	Subclass 457 visa, Subclass 482 (TSS) visa, bridging visa A, B or C (after your Subclass 457 visa or Subclass 482 (TSS) visa expired)
Health Requirements	Applicant must meet the health requirements set by the home affairs department

The applicant must be licensed, registered or a member of a professional body if the state or territory of Australia they want to work in requires it.
The applicants who are 18 years or above must sign Australia values Statement.
The applicant must have read the “Life in Australia” Booklet as provided by the Home Affairs Department.
The applicant must not owe any money to the government of Australia. If in case the applicant needs to pay money to the government, they must have a formal agreement for its payment.
If the applicant’s visa was cancelled or refused in the past when they were in Australia, they might not be able to apply for this visa.
