Other Subclass 187 Visa conditions that the main applicant must fulfil (applicable for both the streams):
- The applicant must be licensed, registered or a member of a professional body if the state or territory of Australia they want to work in requires it.
- The applicants who are 18 years or above must sign Australia values Statement.
- The applicant must have read the “Life in Australia” Booklet as provided by the Home Affairs Department.
- The applicant must not owe any money to the government of Australia. If in case the applicant needs to pay money to the government, they must have a formal agreement for its payment.
- If the applicant’s visa was cancelled or refused in the past when they were in Australia, they might not be able to apply for this visa.
